To save kolrabi, mushrooms, potatoes, fennel, and greens - either whole or just the scraps.
Serves 2 as a side
Ingredients:
Butter for greasing
100ml double cream
20gr parmesan cheese, grated
20gr mature cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
350gr veggies

Preheat oven to 200*C
Steam the vegs for about 5 min to soften
Grease an over dish with butter, and pour the vegges into the dish
Pour the cream over and top with cheeses
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the vegs are tender and the cheese melted and browned.
